It started with a broken controller and a three-week wait for a replacement. Our founders, which are a small group of dedicated gamers, had spent years tolerating slow delivery windows, vague return policies, and online stores that seemed to disappear the moment something went wrong.

We asked ourselves a simple question: what would a controller store look like if it were built entirely around the player's experience? The answer was PadNova.

We are not a faceless intermediary. We are Arvento Group LLC, a registered business with a real team, real warehouse operations, and a real address. Every controller we sell passes through our fulfillment center at Rosenthaler Str. 43–45, 10178 Berlin, Deutschland, where our team picks, inspects, and packs your order before it leaves the door.

Our Operations

PadNova operates under Arvento Group LLC, with our administrative headquarters at 155 N Wacker Dr Lobby, Chicago, IL 60606 and our active German fulfillment operations at Rosenthaler Str. 43–45, 10178 Berlin.

We maintain physical inventory so that when you place an order before our daily cut-off, it moves the same day. There are no third-party middlemen guessing at your delivery, our logistics chain is direct, documented, and tracked end-to-end.

We serve customers within Europe exclusively, which means every process  from our carrier partnerships to our return label system  is optimised for the German market.
