1. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order or using the PadNova website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Arvento Group LLC (operating as PadNova), registered at 155 N Wacker Dr Lobby, Chicago, IL 60606, United States, with fulfillment operations at Rosenthaler Str. 43–45, 10178 Berlin, Deutschland.

2. Products & Orders
All products are subject to availability. Prices are shown in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT where required by German law. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability — in which case you will be fully refunded.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Europe only. Full delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the parcel to your stated address.
4. Returns & Refunds
Our return and refund process is governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Your statutory rights under German consumer law are not affected.
5. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in Germany or the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with §355 BGB. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@padnova.co before the withdrawal period expires. We will provide a prepaid return label and process your full refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the PadNova website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Arvento Group LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PadNova and Arvento Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item to which the claim relates. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under German or EU law.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. For consumers in Germany or the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply and are not displaced by this clause. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cook County, Illinois, except where mandatory EU or German consumer law requires otherwise.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
