Shipping Overview

PadNova ships all orders directly from our fulfillment center at Rosenthaler Str. 43–45, 10178 Berlin, Deutschland. We currently deliver within Europe only. All shipments are tracked and a confirmation is sent to your email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Timeframes

Order Cut-Off Time 14:00 CET Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are processed the same day.
Handling Time 1–2 Business Days Time for our team to pick, inspect, and pack your order.
Transit Time 4–9 Business Days Estimated carrier delivery time within Europe.
Total Estimated Delivery 5–11 Business Days From the moment you place your order to arrival at your door.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding German public holidays.

Shipping Cost

Free delivery on all orders shipped within Europe. No minimum order value. No exceptions.

The shipping cost displayed at checkout will always be €0.00. We do not add carrier surcharges or handling fees after the fact.

Shipping Destination

PadNova fulfills orders within Europe exclusively. If your delivery address is outside Europe, your order cannot be processed and you will be notified promptly with a full refund.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have not received it within 3 business days, please contact us:

Delays & Force Majeure

While we make every effort to meet our stated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, extreme weather, or public holidays. In such cases, we will proactively notify you by email. Your tracking link will always reflect the most current status of your parcel.

Order Cancellation

We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible, which means our fulfillment team begins processing shipments shortly after they are placed.

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been handed over to the carrier. To cancel, please email us at contact@padnova.co or call +49 157 823015063 with your order number.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has reached the "Dispatched" status and a tracking number has been issued, we are unable to cancel the shipment. In this case, please follow our Returns & Refunds Policy once the package arrives.

  • Refund Processing: If your cancellation is successful, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
