Return Window

You may return any item purchased from PadNova within 14 calendar days of the date your order was delivered. We ask only that items be returned in their original condition — unused, unmodified, and in the original packaging where possible.

Return Shipping Free

PadNova covers the cost of return shipping on all eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label. You will not pay a single euro to send your item back to us.

There are no restocking fees. The full purchase price will be refunded — not a percentage, not the purchase price minus a handling charge. The full amount.

Refund Method & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item — typically within 1–2 business days of it arriving at our Berlin facility — your refund will be processed. You will receive a confirmation email, and funds will appear via the original payment method within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.

If your original payment method is no longer active, please let us know and we will arrange an alternative.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your controller arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described on our website, we will resolve the issue immediately at no cost to you. Depending on availability, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Please email a photo of the issue to contact@padnova.co and we will take it from there.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned after the 14-day window without prior arrangement
  • Products showing clear signs of physical damage caused after delivery
  • Items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number
